Electric Rotary Valve
  • Inert fluid path – the fluid in the Electric Rotary Valve contacts only two components; the PTFE valve body and the PCTFE rotor. This ensures a completely non-metallic, corrosion-resistant path.
  • Multiple flow configurations – the ERV is available in eight different flow configurations with three different orifice sizes, 0.032″, 0.052″ and 0.096″.
  • Unobstructed flow path – precise machining creates an unobstructed flow path through the Electric Rotary Valve minimizing dead volumes and providing a lower pressure drop than solenoid mixing valves
  • OEM focused – the Electric Rotary Valve is available with and without the NEMA 17 stepper motor and controller board.
Our Electric Rotary Valve (ERV) is a stepper motor driven fluid handling valve. It provides an inert flow path for aggressive fluids. The inert path is achieved by aligning holes in a PCTFE rotor with holes in the PTFE body. ERVs are typically used in one of two main applications; port selection applications where one stream is diverted to one of multiple paths, and loop injection applications where the valve can be used to load and inject fluids into a sample loop in two discrete steps.
