Miniature card connector
CB combos glass fiber filled polypropylene connectors can be selected in different colors for simple flow path identification. We provide material selection for PEEKTM, stainless steel, PTFE, PFA and many other materials. It is used with different fluids and different application environments. PEEKTM standard head pipe fittings are used at high temperatures. Users can use one hand to tighten without tools, and have the confidence to ensure that the fittings are properly installed and sealed. The tube can be unscrewed and reused several times.
The PEEKTM ferrules of the Mini Card Sleeve Connection System can be combined with rigid PEEKTM tubing and PEEKTM fittings (customizable stainless steel fittings) to create a reliable, high temperature resistant connection assembly.
The CB combos miniature ferrule connection system has externally threaded fittings and a super ferrule connection system for use in conjunction with each other. Please note that the ferrules must be tightly connected and permanently fixed outside the semi-rigid rigid tube. The joint has a built-in groove and a ferrule to ensure that the thread and the interface are engaged as much as possible. The high-precision concentric design ensures that the seal surface inside the ferrule is free from flow. The stainless steel ferrule is placed directly on the top of the sealing surface through the mounting tool and can be used directly after the semi-rigid rigid tube is pressed. Semi-rigid rigid tubes get tighter interface seals in practical applications.
