CB combos glass fiber filled polypropylene connectors can be selected in different colors for simple flow path identification. We provide customized services for PEEKTM, stainless steel, PTFE, PFA and other multi-material fittings. We use different fluids and different application environments to use PEEKTM fittings in high temperature applications. The PEEKTM ferrules of the Super Sleeve Attachment System can create a reliable, high temperature resistant connection assembly with rigid PEEKTM tubing and PEEKTM fittings (customizable stainless steel fittings). Users can use one hand to tighten without tools, and have the confidence to ensure that the fittings are properly installed and sealed. The tube can be unscrewed and reused several times.
The CB combos Super Sleeve Attachment System is a combination of a male thread adapter and a Super Sleeve. The Super Sleeve Attachment System will be permanently attached to a semi-rigid rigid tube. The fixed inner surface matches the built-in groove to ensure that the threads and the interface engage as much as possible. High-precision concentric design ensures that the sealing surface inside the ferrule is not bad and does not restrict flow, reducing or eliminating the disadvantages of dead volume in the flow path. The stainless steel ferrule is placed directly on the top of the sealing surface through the mounting tool and can be used directly after the semi-rigid rigid tube is pressed. The semi-rigid rigid tube gets a tighter interface seal in practical applications.
